Little Noah Chamberlin has been missing since January 14th. Last seen wandering into the woods, the search and rescue operation has been challenging due to the dropping weather conditions.
Noah went out for a walk with his grandmother and apparently got separated during their little nature exploration. I’ve got a two year old. I know all it takes is one moment and those little whippersnappers can just run off on ya. I mean, even on my back porch from time to time I go into a panic because one of the wee ones gets out of my sight for a second. I can’t imagine if it was freezing weather and days had gone by!
Just last week while I was shopping at Target, a three year old ran off from her grandmother and the entire staff went crazy looking for this kid who was hiding under some racks. The panic on this grandmother’s face was only made worse when she finally got the little one back into her arms and then realized that she would have to tell her daughter-in-law what had happened. It can happen in an instant folks. In an instant.
So please join me in praying that they #FindNoah. Pray for those in the search, pray for the parents, pray for little Noah who is most likely out there so very very cold. And pass this post around that others may hear and join us in prayer for this heartbreaking situation.
I’m reminded of the parable of the Good Shepherd. He leaves the 99 to go out and find the one missing. Praying that the Good Shepherd is bringing the lost little lamb home to his parents.
