Our lives have been so incredibly busy. I guess that goes without saying when you have 16 kids, homeschool, with 11 kids on two sports teams, and run a growing non-profit organization. I used to say I was waiting for the merry-go-round to slow down. Now I realize that the merry-go-round is never slowing down and somebody gave that SOB some nitro.

Beach day! #grandwagoneer #jeep #jeeplife #sofloliving #losttree #paradise #springbreak
David and I live in Spring Break paradise. It is the place everyone wants to come to vacation. We live a par-3 fairway from the most beautiful stretch of beach in South Florida. The Gulf Stream and it’s blue waters come in and touch the sands that are basically in our backyard and with lives so full we rarely spend a day together enjoying the piece of perfection.
So this Saturday…we vacayed in our own neighborhood.
For a day.
The girls had fun burying Shep in the sand…
Baby Vaughn wouldn’t really sit still for a selfie…
Litte Cricks and Vaughn watched the waves…
Courson scoped out the swells.
David with his boys at the beach.
Daly Kay and Cricks had a splash war!
And here is a sweet picture of my oldest and my youngest together. We miss Ryli and Bliss while they are at school, but I’ve learned to enjoy the time we have with WHO we have. And Kempies isn’t pictured because she went canvassing in a close by neighborhood with friends to invite people to church for Easter. But that’s another story for another post. I hope all of you enjoyed a lovely #springbreak. Mine may have been short lived but it was a glorious day none the less.
